Geography is unique in the insight it provides into how social and environmental processes together shape the world we inhabit. Through human geography we understand the interactions of societies, cultures, economies and political systems. Physical geography examines the dynamics of landscapes and the environment. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â is especially well placed to bring these sides of the subject together in programmes that explore some of the most challenging issues that confront our world, how they affect different groups of people, and ways in which they might be addressed.
